Le Groupe Clisson se compose de 3 entités : Clisson Métal, négoce de produits métallurgiques, Laseris, spécialisé dans l’usinage Laser de tubes et profilés et Atlantique Armatures, fabrication d’armatures à façon pour le béton. Groupe historiquement implanté à Moncoutant, il s’est développé par croissance externe en rachetant de petites affaires et en implantant des ateliers à Challans, La Flèche, Thouars et Echiré.
